1. Silently repeat the following affirmations for self-love:
I prioritize my relationship with myself.
I deserve love.
I love and care for all the parts of myself.
I choose to be kind to myself.
2. Get comfortable and relax. Close your eyes.
3. Think about the last time you felt an intense love. It could be a memory of when you fell in love with someone, or love you felt for a child or pet; it doesn’t matter. What matters is that you can tap into the feeling of love. Notice where you feel it in your body. Notice any sensations you feel. Focus on the feelings of love in your body, and realize that those feelings belong to you. You embody them. You need no external source of love. It is already within you all the time. You need only tap into the eternal flow. Sit with the feeling of love for five or ten minutes. If your mind drifts, return to the memory of love or silently repeat an affirmation for self-love.
